What late night talk show host was once a weatherman?
Before hosting Late Night on NBC and the Late Show on CBS, David Letterman got his start in Indianapolis, Indiana, as a weatherman and anchor at WTHR (formerly WLWI) when he was only 28 years old. Little did The Hoosier State know its wisecracking, gap-toothed native son would go on to be one of the biggest names in television history. Letterman famously stepped down from his talk show in 2015. Source: The Washington Post
