Which British actor is known for playing Mr. Bean?
After ending his successful series Blackadder (also known as The Black Adder), Atkinson continued to steal hearts and split sides as the lovable, silent doofus Mr. Bean. The original Mr. Bean series debuted on New Year’s Day in 1990 and irreversibly pushed the limits of physical humor. Mr. Bean would go on to become a British comedy icon even though the original series consisted of only 14 episodes. Source: www.MrBean.com, IMDB
