Although Murray took home the coveted Cup in 2016 after besting Canadian Milos Raonic, his first Wimbledon victory actually came in 2013 against Novak Djokovic of Serbia. Murray was the gentlemen’s singles runner-up in 2012 after losing to Roger Federer. Murray’s first win in 2013 had great significance to him and his country.
