In the original Star Wars trilogy, what does Luke Skywalker take with him into the cave on Dagobah?
Only what you take with you, Yoda tells Luke before the young Jedi enters the cave on Dagobah. The wise master also tells Luke to leave weapons behind, but the apprentice doesn’t listen and brings his lightsaber and blaster. As a result of his inability to let go of his fear, Luke fails the trail, consumed by concern that the dark side of the force will claim him too. For now, fans can only wonder if an older Luke will subject Rey to a similar trial in “Star Wars: The Last Jedi.” Source: Lucasfilm Ltd.
